A good snapshot stops a moment from running away.

Well 2012, I happily bid thee adieu. It was quite a trying (yet mostly enjoyable?) year of difficult challenges, new friends and places, closing old doors and opening some unexpected ones, with much humor and debauchery along the way. Here’s a peek at the loveliness and madness of my crazy little world in 2012 through the lens…of my iPhone.
Empty New York City subway.
That moment when you think it’d be fun to pretend that the Gala backdrop is going to fall on you…
Run, baby, RUN! Ran my first 5K in 6 years this past May.
Barrels, thousands of barrels…filled with bourbon.
My dad with his very special “friend” Pluto (wink, wink).
One foot in Cambridge, one foot in Boston.
We’re on a boat (but forgot our flippy-floppies)!
Princeton makes me giggle sometimes…
Bebe…enough said.
You’ll never be discombobulated at Milwaukee’s airport…
First trip to Vermont…and I chose to stand on a rock in the middle of a stream.
I know people who work in high places…bird’s eye view of Milwaukee.
Stood up in my good friend Martha’s wedding…we don’t do “normal” poses.
Reading spot in downtown Princeton.
Visited St. Louis for the first time this year and went up the arch.
Ai Weiwei sculptures in Princeton.
Working on our badass faces after driving all over Kentucky to conquer the Bourbon Trail.
Mom and Dad’s first trip to the Big Apple.
Hobnobbing, Princeton-style (whatever that means).
Fall time in Princeton.
A Wisconsin girl’s hurricane preparedness.
My favorite coffee.
Our office was invaded by the playwright elves this year…
My little tree in the corner.
My Milwaukee home.
